Product Care & Information

Complete care instructions are found on the care labels sewn into each Leachco item. Please follow these instructions to ensure the proper care and longevity of your Leachco item. If you no longer have the care labels, visit the specific product page on this website for details.

We do not suggest machine washing the actual body pillow. The cover, however, can be washed according to the care instructions on the label.

Our products come in a variety of styles to meet the needs of our customers. 

"Basic" indicates a permanent cover that is not removable. 

"Original" indicates a product which has a removable, sham-style cover. 

"Chic" indicates a product which has a removable, zippered cover.

The majority of our product line is Made in the U.S.A. of U.S. and Imported Materials. A small percentage of our product line is Partial Assembly in China and Finished in the U.S.A., or is Made in China.

As with any type of pillow, Leachco pillows can become compressed with frequent use. This is not a defective property of the pillow. You can “re-fluff” by hand, simply shifting the filling around to your liking, as you would with most pillows.

We DO NOT suggest machine washing or fluffing your pillow in the dryer, as this can cause damage to your appliance and/or product due to restrictions of your appliance or the size of your pillow.

NO! It is not safe! Do not allow a baby to sleep in or with the Cuddle-U®, Podster®, or Bummzie®. 

Constant adult supervision is required at all times when these products are in use. Do not allow a baby to lie face down or on their side in these products. For use on floor only. Never place in the crib, on the bed, table, playpen, counter, or any elevated surface. Never move these products while a baby is on them. Do not use for sleeping. Never leave a child unattended. If you purchased a pillow that includes a removable cover, but you can't seem to locate it please look for the sham-style opening on your item. It fits snug on your pillow and is a sham style cover. "Basic" styles of Leachco products do not include a removable cover.

If replacement parts are available for your particular style of Leachco product we will be happy to provide a list of retailers who can assist you or please check our website for available replacement parts or accessories for your Leachco.

The majority of our Leachco products are original designs
and created by Jamie Leach. We may determine a patent, copyright, or trademark is necessary. These decisions are made on an individual basis.

At this time, we do not have waterproof covers available for our items. However, please check our website frequently for new product updates and announcements.

The 100% polyester description on the tag is referring to the filling used inside the Leachco pillow. Your product will contain all necessary labels and descriptions of the contents of your product.

No, Leachco products do NOT contain flame retardants or PBDE. 

Leachco prides itself on maintaining the highest possible industry standards. Our fabrics and fillings are exempt from the California Bureau of Home Furnishings Technical Bulletin 117. Leachco products do not contain flame retardants or PBDE.

Our products are not treated with any chemicals.

Yes. All Leachco Organic products are GOTS certified.

No medical claims are made regarding the benefits of any of our products. Sign In to your account, and click the Account link at the top of our site. From there you can view details about your order status. You'll also receive an email from us when your order has shipped, which will include detailed tracking information.

Due to our same day or next business day shipping, we are only able to change your order up to 12 pm CST on the next business day. After your order has been shipped and left our facility we are unable to make any additional changes or revisions.

Shipping Information

Yes, Leachco provides same day shipping on all orders received and payment received by 12pm CST Monday through Friday.  Orders received after 12pm CST on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next business day. All Leachco customers will receive an order confirmation and tracking number once your order has been processed.

We do not offer same day delivery. However, if you are in the Ada, Oklahoma area we do offer same day pick-up. Please contact us and we would be happy to assist.

We only ship to physical addresses at this time.

Leachco takes great pride in the quality of our products. We do not vacuum seal our products before shipping. This creates larger packaging and a better quality to our Leachco Family!

Most orders are shipped the same business day or the following business day and take 3-5 days depending on your location. We will send you a notification when your product ships, when it is out for delivery, and when it is delivered.

We currently do not ship internationally and only ship to the 48 contiguous United States.

Returns & Exchanges

Leachco only processes returns on direct purchases made on Leachco.com.

Refunds from purchases made from individuals or other retailers will need to be processed by them. We do not handle returns of Leachco products purchased outside of Leachco.com. 

Our items are sold through authorized Leachco retailers who will have a record of your purchase. They will be happy to assist you with your return provided you follow their return policy and have proper proof of purchase or your sales receipt.

If you have experienced a problem with your Leachco product or if your item is defective, please discontinue use at once.

30 Day Hassle Free Returns:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Leachco.com purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund. This return policy is applicable only to customers who purchased directly from Leachco.com. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

In order for us to assist you, your item must have been purchased through Leachco.com. We also require a Leachco.com order number or a gift receipt.

Warranty Information

90-Day Limited Warranty

Your Leachco product is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of the original retail purchase (“Warranty Period”). This warranty extends only to the customer who bought the product directly from Leachco. If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, Leachco, at its option and to the extent permitted by law will (1) exchange the product, or (2) refund the original purchase price. This warranty excludes damage resulting from abuse, accident, modifications or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship. 

THE WARRANTY AND REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES, AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL, WRITTEN, EXPRESS, STATUTORY OR IMPLIED. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW LEACHCO DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF IMPLIED WARRANTIES CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED, THEN SUCH WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.

Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from State to State.
