If I would like to return my item, does Leachco handle individual returns from consumers?

Leachco only processes returns on direct purchases made on Leachco.com.

Please view our no hassle Return and Warranty Policy for further information. For purchases made with individuals and other retailers or refunds take place only between you and the retailers. We do not handle returns of Leachco products purchased outside of Leachco.com. 

Our items are sold through authorized Leachco retailers who will have a record of your purchase. They will be happy to assist you with your return provided you follow their return policy and have proper proof of purchase or your sales receipt.

If you have experienced a problem with your Leachco product or if your item is defective, please discontinue use at once.

Can Leachco products be purchased from your website?

Yes! We are happy to offer many of our products for sale directly on Leachco.com. Click Here to view our available "Top Selling" products. 

We currently do not ship internationally and only in the *48 contiguous United States.

 Does Leachco provide same day shipping?  

 Yes, Leachco provides same day shipping on all orders received and payment received by 12pm CST Monday thru Friday.  Orders received after 12pm CST on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next business day. All Leachco customers will receive an order confirmation and tracking number once your order as been processed. We do not offer same day delivery. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes due to the size of our packaging. 

Do you honor outside coupon codes from third party sites?

We are not affiliated with any online discount coupon sites and do not honor coupons codes or price matching for any Leachco product from outside  Leachco’s order direct website.  All of our website sales and promotion offers are provided only through Leachco.com or our Leachco internal generated sources.

 How do I clean my Leachco product?

Complete care instructions are found on the care labels sewn into each Leachco item. Please follow these instructions to ensure the proper care and longevity of your Leachco item. If you no longer have the care labels, visit the specific product page on this website for details.

Can I wash my bathing item in the washing machine?

Please refer to the care labels which are sewn into your bathing item for complete care instructions. If you no longer have the care labels, visit the specific product page on this website for details.

Is the Leachco® Cuddle-U®, Podster® or Bummzie® safe for baby to sleep on?

No, do not allow a baby to sleep in the Cuddle-U®, Podster®, or Bummzie®. 

Constant adult supervision is required at all times when these products are in use. Do not allow a baby to lie face down or on their side in these products. For use on floor only. Never place in the crib, on the bed, table, playpen, counter, or any elevated surface. Never move these products while a baby is on them. Do not use for sleeping. Never leave a child unattended. Do Leachco products contain flame retardants or PBDE?

No, Leachco Products do NOT contain flame retardants or PBDE. 

Leachco prides itself on maintaining the highest possible industry standards. Our fabrics and fillings are exempt from the California Bureau of Home Furnishings Technical Bulletin 117. Leachco products do not contain flame retardants or PBDE. 

What are the differences in products labeled Basic, Original, or Chic?

Our products come in a variety of styles to meet the needs of our customers. 

"Basic" indicates a permanent cover that is not removable. 

"Original" indicates a product which has a removable, sham-style cover. 

"Chic" indicates a product which has a removable, zippered cover.

My Leachco pillow was supposed to include a removable cover. 

If you purchased a pillow that includes a removable cover, but you can't seem to locate it please look for the sham-style opening on your item. It fits snug on your pillow and is a sham style cover. "Basic" styles of Leachco products do not include a removable cover.

Can I purchase replacement parts from Leachco directly?
