At Leachco, our goal is to make your life as convenient as possible. Since our founding in 1988, we have worked to create life changing and innovative products. We make every product with our customer’s comfort in mind. 

30 Day Hassle Free Returns:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Leachco.com purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund. This return policy is applicable only to customers who purchased directly from Leachco.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not offer exchanges at this time. 

 It is pretty simple, we want you to be as comfortable as possible.

90-Day Limited Warranty
Your Leachco product is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of the original retail purchase (“Warranty Period”). This warranty extends only to the customer who bought the product directly from Leachco. If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, Leachco, at its option and to the extent permitted by law will (1) exchange the product, or (2) refund the original purchase price. This warranty excludes damage resulting from abuse, accident, modifications or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship. 

THE WARRANTY AND REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES, AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL, WRITTEN, EXPRESS, STATUTORY OR IMPLIED. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW LEACHCO DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF IMPLIED WARRANTIES CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED, THEN SUCH WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.

Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from State to State.

Warranty and Return Procedure

To begin the return or warranty process, click on our Narvar returns portal and submit your information for processing. Please note you must have a valid Leachco.com order number and email address to process your return. After receiving your request, our Leachco team will follow up via email within 24 hours or the next business day to process your request. No return shipments will be accepted without an approved return authorization (RA) number from Leachco.

Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility and are deducted from available refund. 

Warranty replacements and refunds will normally be processed within 5-10 days of Leachco’s receipt of the returned product. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment and return shipping cost will be deducted from customer refund.

What if I purchased a Leachco product from another retailer or website?

Please contact that retailer or website for help with your purchase directly to complete the returns process. Leachco does not provide exchanges or returns for products it did not sell directly. In those cases, Leachco relies on those retailer partners to handle the exchange or return process.
