Zippered case is very convenient compared to the envelope fold that comes with the pillow. Happy to buy from same company. 10/10 would recommend brand for pregnancy. Used the same pillow for 4 pregnancies so far and shape and firmness have held up.
Great pillow, good construction, great concept to use your own pillow for your head. If you are using this pillow for pregnancy it’s probably going to be great but if you are planning to use it to keep you from rolling it’s not got enough weight I can roll and where it is so light it just moves over giving plenty of room to roll. I have added weights to mine 10lbs each side and it still moves but not as easy.

My best friends husband (firefighter) found the All Nighter on Amazon over 10 yrs ago and bought it for his wife for her back surgery recovery. I also had back surgery and she recommended the All Nighter Supreme to me. After I laid down with hers I immediately bought my own. Amazon stopped carrying the All Nighter I tried many other body pillows. The closest I could find were the U-shaped pillows. The U-shape pillows are very large, heavy and take up a lot of bed space. The All Nighter Supreme gives you the same level of comfort without being heavy and cumbersome and taking over your bed. I’m so happy to find the All Nighter Supreme again.
Ps. If you’re a taller person, I’m 5’8” and the All Nighter is plenty long. I believe someone at 6 feet would find this body pillow comfortable.
My only recommendation would be to make the long leg of the All night a couple inches wider and add just a tad more filler inside.
This cover is super soft, washed well, and was easy to put back on. No complaints!
This has to be hands down the best pregancy pillow ever. For my first pregancy this was gifted to me and once we moved it got lost a long the way. I am now pregnant with my second and bought two different "high quality " pillows that I returned. I actually went in my photos with my newborn and found a photo with the pillow in it and reversed images the pillow to find this exact one. I am 5 feet tall around 120 pounds, and now 140 pounds and its absolutely amazing, I love the contour of the pillow and thats it on both sides. My absolutely favorite part it the middle where you have the opition for your own pillow. Just five stars all around for me, and even more so that I tired other ones and none compare. Great job!! 🩷
Quality of fabric beautiful color more than what I was expecting
This will be my 3rd Back’n Belly…I rotate! I even have an extra cover because they are so darn cute! I am a plus-sized woman and using these has drastically reduced my back pain and I am forever grateful.
I bought this when I was 6 months pregnant, 7 years ago. I’ve purchased new ones since then. I am buying my 3rd as we speak. It is so comfortable and I bring it with me. Hotels, my sisters house, my moms etc. I love it.
My sister had very invasive (7 hour) abdominal surgery. She just texted me, "I slept with it wrapped all around me last night, and it so improved my ability to stay asleep. I slept a normal amount for the first time since the surgery. Yay!!! This is a real game changer for her. She is about 5' 10" average size.
I purchased this for my pregnant daughter in law. I gave it to her for Mother’s Day. The next morning she called me to tell me how much she loves it. She slept so comfortably through the night. I’m going to purchase one for my elderly aunt who has neck and back aches.
This is my 3rd Leachco pillow. I got my first one when I was pregnant almost 10 years ago. I never stopped using it after my son was born. I love the curved shape, its fits perfectly. I pack it on every trip I take. I only wish the fabric unzipped where the head pillow goes. My head pillow is larger than that space. I've cut it apart so that each side can be moved into different positions. The fabric doesn't fray, so its barely noticeable.
